Whether you witnessed a close friend or loved one die of lung cancer, an alcohol related traffic accident, or drug overdose, one thing is clear - there is a new belief growing in our culture - one that silently has decided that life can be better lived by continuing to abstain from substances, or freeing ourselves from them.

Today, we are witnessing a sweeping movement across this country. Americans of all ages are choosing to live their lives substance free (from tobacco, alcohol and illegal drugs). Unfortunately, a large segment of our society still believes that most Americans use illegal drugs. In reality, most Americans don’t use illegal drugs, tobacco or alcohol. This is where the FreeStyle Foundation steps in.

The FreeStyle Foundation is dedicated to supporting the millions of Americans who live life substance free by spreading our messages and initiatives across our Nation and promoting our values and beliefs to others who we hope will someday Go-Free as well.

We serve to benefit all of society regardless of age, religion, race, gender, political affiliation or current addictions. We believe a healthy lifestyle of a sound mind and a sound body is essential to one having a long and healthy life.
